Chichester Cemetery Meeting 9-16-2009

$11,575.92 has been spent out of this year’s budget of $15,000.
The August minutes on the website need to be changed to read Robin Stephens was in attendance not Scott Marston.
The Maintenance ad (2009-2010) has been submitted to the Pittsfield Valley Sun. The ad will be in the paper 3 times in October.
The contract for bids is available at the Town Hall.
Gilbert reported that Mrs. Barbara Frangione and Mrs. Ruth Hammen had some questions about the Pineground Cemetery. Gilbert will be checking their concerns out.
Gilbert reported that 2 old trees have been taken down at the Kaime Cemetery.
